目的探讨胃肠道间质瘤(gastrointestinal stromal tumor,GIST)的临床病理、免疫组化特点。方法观察67例胃肠道间质瘤形态学特征及免疫组化染色。结果61.2%胃肠道间质瘤发生在小肠,瘤细胞为梭形或上皮样,或两者混合存在,胞浆嗜酸性较弱,免疫组化表型为CD34+,CD117+。结论胃肠道间质瘤有较独特的免疫组化表型,免疫组化可协助鉴别诊断。

目的探讨乳腺癌中精确计算Ki-67增殖指数的方法。方法应用Ki-67与CK(广)免疫组化双重染色法与免疫组化单染法进行对比。结果乳腺癌细胞免疫组化双重染色结构清晰,易于观察,与常规免疫组化染色相比,Ki-67比值"1+"增高,"3+"减少,经χ2检验具有统计学意义。结论免疫组化双重染色法对于Ki-67比值的判断优于单染法,为乳腺癌预后评估和指导辅助治疗的选择提供依据。

目的研究自身免疫性肝病Kupffer细胞抗原呈递分子的表达变化。方法按照自身免疫性肝炎、原发性胆汁性胆管炎的诊断标准进行分组,脂肪肝作为对照组。入选患者的肝穿石蜡切片进行CD40、HLA-DR免疫组化染色,随机选取10个显微镜高倍视野(×400倍),观察染色情况,并统计CD40+、HLA-DR+细胞数目。结果20CD40在自身免疫性肝病组的阳性细胞数低于对照组。CD40免疫组化阳性产物呈棕褐色或棕黄色颗粒状着色,主要位于细胞膜,少部分位于细胞质。分别计算自身免疫性肝炎 ...
