由于油纸绝缘套管内部缺陷温度难以测定,局部过热缺陷在初期很难发现,因此开展内部过热缺陷与套管本体温升的关联性研究对现场运维具有重要的指导意义。本研究基于电磁-热耦合方法,建立了110 kV油纸绝缘套管在局部过热缺陷下内部与外部温度分布仿真分析模型,计算了不同接触电阻情况下套管整体温度场分布,并研究了环境温度、故障时间、温度日变化等工况对套管内部与伞裙温升的影响。结果表明:10倍接触电阻劣化情况下套管表面伞裙温升2.3 ℃,为套管早期故障表征;外界环境温度较低时套管伞裙表面温升绝对值较高 ...

酥朽断裂复合绝缘子护套上会出现由内向外发展的横向电蚀孔。电蚀孔的形成主要由护套内部缺陷处的局部放电引起,而局部放电的发生与缺陷内电场分布情况密切相关。为研究酥朽复合绝缘子护套电蚀孔的形成过程,笔者基于硅橡胶电树枝球状生长模式模拟了护套蚀孔的发展过程,分析了蚀孔出现位置与蚀孔发展过程中的电场变化;分析了酥朽复合绝缘子护套蚀孔中的硅橡胶材料变化,提出了蚀孔表面硅橡胶材料的嵌入三层结构。结果表明:初始缺陷出现在原始轴向电场的极小值位置并且其出现位置靠近高压端时,初始缺陷容易发展贯穿成为横向电蚀孔 ...
