冻融破乳方法对水代法提取油茶籽油的影响Effects of freeze-thaw demulsification methods on aqueous extraction of oil-tea camellia seed oil

为提高水代法提取油茶籽油的提油率,将油茶籽经过脱壳、粉碎、过筛、加水过胶体磨、离心分离得到乳状液,经冻融破乳后离心分离得油茶籽油。以提油率为指标,探究了加热冻融、乙醇冻融、调pH冻融、加盐冻融等冻融破乳方法对水代法提取油茶籽油的影响,并通过共聚焦激光扫描显微镜对破乳前后乳状液的微观结构进行了观察。结果表明:乙醇冻融和加盐冻融使油茶籽的提油率降低;调pH可提高提油率,在pH为8时提油率为92.17%;加热冻融法是最佳的冻融破乳方法,在加热温度60 ℃、加热时间20 min条件下,提油率最高,达到92.57%

高寒地区冻融对地表沉降监测的影响分析

近年来,中国城市地铁建设进入高速发展期,东北高寒地区冬季地铁施工受季节性温度变化影响,地表沉降监测数据呈现出上浮下沉波动变化。论文以哈尔滨地铁 3 号线二期项目为依托,定性分析了受冻融影响的地表沉降变化规律,归纳出冻胀融沉过程的 4 个特征阶段,同时也对比分析了含水率不同区域内地表沉降监测点上浮量大小及分布规律,为今后高寒地区类似项目施工及后期运营沉降监测提供借鉴。

冻融处理对大豆分离蛋白及其糖基化产物 凝胶理化性质的影响Effect of freeze-thawing treatment on the physicochemical properties of gels of soybean isolated protein and its glycosylated products

为探究大豆分离蛋白(SPI)及其糖基化产物凝胶在不同温度冻融过程中的变化情况,采用SPI和SPI-葡聚糖(分子质量分别为10、40、70 kDa)轭合物制备凝胶,对其进行-18、-80 ℃冻融处理,测定冻融处理前后凝胶的表面疏水性、总游离巯基含量、凝胶网络结构、凝胶强度和持水力,研究冻融条件对SPI及其糖基化轭合物凝胶理化性质的影响。结果表明:与冻融前比较,-18、-80 ℃冻融处理后SPI凝胶表面疏水性显著增加,总游离巯基含量降低,凝胶网络结构被破坏,凝胶强度总体降低,持水力升高。与冻融前比较,SPI-

秋耕对北疆季节性冻融期土壤热状况的影响

为明确秋耕对季节性冻融土壤热状况的调控作用,对比分析了翻耕(FG)、免耕(MG)、垄沟(LG)、翻耕活性炭覆盖(FH)和翻耕秸秆覆盖(FJ)5种处理对土壤温度、冻融循环以及土壤温度梯度等影响的差异。结果表明:与传统FG处理相比,MG、LG、FH、FJ处理均减弱了土壤温度与气温的相关性,降低了整个冻融期土壤温度的升、降温幅度和不同冻融阶段土壤温度昼夜变化的变异性程度,维持土壤温度序列稳定的能力FJ>FH>LG>MG。FG处理最先冻结和融化,其余处理延缓土壤冻结和融化速度的效果为FJ>FH>LG>MG ...

沙棘在砒砂岩区小流域冻融风化侵蚀中的作用
