通过引入ADVA152减水剂、DARA-VAIR110引气剂和硅灰对瓷绝缘子用水泥胶合剂配方进行了改进,并制备了改进型水泥胶合剂试样和瓷绝缘子试品,进行了胶合剂试块冻融循环后的抗压强度、抗折强度、体积变化率试验研究,瓷绝缘子试品冻融循环后的残余机电强度试验研究。试验结果表明,改进型水泥胶合剂能够有效提高瓷绝缘子的耐冻融循环能力。
