, 2017 目的 探讨万古霉素采用高效液相色谱法测定血药浓度效果。方法 本次实验应用外标法定量,经5%高氯酸处理万古霉素血浆样品,应用高效液相色谱法对血药浓度测定。结果 血浆中万古霉素在1.56-100.00mg·L^-1浓度范围时,具良好的线性关系,为0.33mg·L^-1检测限,1.56mg·L^-1定量限。为97.25%平均回收率,RSD为1.16%。高、中、低浓度RSD日内均值为1.31%,RSD日间均值为1.66%。结论 万古霉素采用高效液相色谱法对血药浓度测定,具取样量少、准确、快速、灵敏等优点 ...
