近年来,中国城市地铁建设进入高速发展期,东北高寒地区冬季地铁施工受季节性温度变化影响,地表沉降监测数据呈现出上浮下沉波动变化。论文以哈尔滨地铁 3 号线二期项目为依托,定性分析了受冻融影响的地表沉降变化规律,归纳出冻胀融沉过程的 4 个特征阶段,同时也对比分析了含水率不同区域内地表沉降监测点上浮量大小及分布规律,为今后高寒地区类似项目施工及后期运营沉降监测提供借鉴。
