杯状横磁和杯状纵磁触头结构真空灭弧室合闸涌流电弧特性研究

真空断路器在投切背靠背电容器组时,合闸预击穿过程中的涌流电弧会严重烧蚀真空灭弧室触头表面,被破坏的触头表面会导致分闸过程中高重击穿概率问题。合闸过程中触头自身磁场会对涌流预击穿电弧特性产生影响,是决定重击穿概率的关键因素。文中旨在研究杯状横纵磁场结构对真空灭弧室容性投切过程中预击穿电弧特性的影响规律。文中分别采用杯状横磁和纵磁结构的真空灭弧室触头开展实验,真空灭弧室的触头直径为48 mm,采用透明玻璃绝缘外壳,内部没有屏蔽罩以便于观察预击穿电弧,实验中利用高速摄像机观察记录涌流预击穿电弧特性 ...
