在高效催化臭氧氧化煤化工废水过程中,水中的硅酸盐会使催化剂失活。本研究以ZSM-5分子筛为载体,使用等体积浸渍的方法成功制备了一系列抗硅催化剂,考察了活性组分种类、前驱体盐溶液种类、焙烧温度和活性组分负载量等相关工艺参数对催化剂抗硅性能和催化臭氧氧化降解含硅间甲酚模型废水效果的影响,并对抗硅催化剂进行了表征分析。结果表明,ZSM-5分子筛以Fe(NO3)3·9H2O作为前驱体盐浸渍,500 ℃焙烧,活性组分Fe负载量为3%(质量分数)时的抗硅催化剂呈现出优异的空间结构 ...
