最近几年,我国电力行业的发展速度不断加快,变压器制造是电力整体运行以及发展的关键,我国的变压器制造水平也正在不断提升。通过调查分析之后发现,变压器的制造过程中绝缘电阻偏低的情况还时有出现,基于此,本文对变压器制造中绝缘电阻偏低原因以及对策进行了探讨分析,并且给出了笔者自己的看法。

油浸式电力变压器的绝缘主要通过绝缘材料而实现,是变压器正常作业的基本条件;此外,变压器的使用寿命与绝缘材料的寿命息息相关。电力变压器作为电网构成的昀基本元器件之一,变压器的可靠性对于电网的正常运行有着十分重要的影响。在变压器的绝缘中,尽管国内外都致力于开发无油变压器,但是现今昀主流的变压器多是油浸式电力变压器,其依靠油和纸板来进行变压器绝缘。本文重点探究油浸式电力变压器绝缘故障的判断和处理措施,包括变压器油、渗漏点等处理,以提高油浸式电力变压器的处理效率、质量。
