正弦曲线胎心率(sinusoidalfetalheartrate,SFHR)的出现说明胎儿存在着严重的危险,是胎儿濒临死亡的征兆,围产儿死亡率高达50%~75%。1993年1月~1995年3月,我院对5886例次孕产妇进行胎儿电子监护产前无刺激试验(NST)或宫缩应激试验(CST)时,胎心率呈SFHR3例,无围产儿死亡。结合文献,分析了正弦曲线胎心率死亡的原因与合并症、分娩时机和方式的关系。作者认为及时终止妊娠,对不能短期内道自然分娩者,尽快手术产,可能降低围产儿的死亡率。
