Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 2023 目的探讨手术治疗的不同孕周的妊娠期附件扭转的临床特点和妊娠结局。方法回顾性分析2013年3月至2023年3月在中山大学附属第一医院住院手术治疗并分娩的39例妊娠期附件扭转患者的临床资料，其中妊娠早期（<14周）18例，妊娠中期（14~27+6周）11例，和妊娠晚期（≥28周）10例，比较3组的临床特点、诊治和妊娠结局的差异。结果妊娠早期组辅助生殖技术受孕的比例高于妊娠中、晚期组（P=0.026）。3组患者腹痛、恶心、呕吐、发热等临床表现差异无统计学意义，但妊娠中、晚期组患者白细胞升高更常见。妊娠早、

联合检测孕早期血脂指标、尿糖水平对妊娠期糖尿病及妊娠结局的预测价值研究
Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2021 妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)是孕妇在妊娠期间发生或首次出现的糖代谢异常,其发病时间主要在孕中期及孕晚期。GDM患者在不同妊娠阶段中血清代谢物谱存在一定的差异,可能是鉴别GDM在不同妊娠阶段的潜在标志物,且其代谢差异主要表现磷脂代谢途径上[1-2]。研究表明[3],医学营养治疗中妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的依从度影响了母儿的妊娠结局,需改进营养指导,以增加其对医学营养治疗的依从性,从而改善妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的妊娠结局。近年来,GDM作为临床上常见的多发病,患病率也逐年升高,因此对于妊娠期糖尿病的关注也越来越高[4]。
