妊娠妇女高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染特点及基因分型

目的 分析妊娠妇女高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染特点及基因分型情况，指导妊娠期宫颈癌的防治。方法 回顾性分析2019年1月至12月北京市通州区中西医结合医院妊娠妇女的病例资料，所有病例均采用荧光定量PCR技术检测高危型HPV及基因分型。对患者临床资料及高危型HPV感染情况进行卡方检验进行统计学分析。结果 251例患者，HPV感染39例，感染率15.54%,以52型为主。18～25岁、26～35岁、36～45岁妊娠妇女HPV感染率分别为6.0%、19.05%、18.75%。妊娠早期 ...

囊胚培养为主时解冻卵裂期胚胎移植的妊娠结局分析

目的探讨以囊胚培养及解冻囊胚移植为主流时，移植解冻卵裂期胚胎的妊娠结局，评价冻存卵裂期胚胎的价值，以及影响解冻卵裂期胚胎移植妊娠率的因素。方法回顾性分析本中心2015年9月至2020年6月共1 607例解冻卵裂期胚胎移植的临床结局，根据是否行囊胚培养及是否有可用囊胚，分为3组，即无养囊组、养囊失败组、养囊成功组。分析3组人群的年龄、不孕年限、基础FSH、BMI、获卵数、D3优胚数等基本资料，以及使用logistic回归分析影响解冻卵裂期胚胎移植临床妊娠率的因素。结果解冻D3卵裂胚移植的总体临床妊娠率较低（

By comparing widespread surveys with randomly placed cameras to a protocol pairing detection dogs with cameras, we found that the detection‐dog‐guided camera survey had approximately 33 times greater detections with fewer camera nights and reduced survey costs.
