分布式电源接入配电网以后,其结构单源辐射型网络转变为多源多方向网络,于是主动配电网在消纳分布式电源容量时方向信息采集成为必要,由于配电网广大节点没有安装电压互感器,传统功率方向元件不再适用。文中提出一种基于正序故障分量的电流方向元件,在无电压信息的情况下,利用电流正序故障分量和正序故障分量定义的基准量之间的相位差来判别故障方向,不仅适用于任何分支节点,而且不受负荷电流的影响。在PSCAD/EMTDC中仿真验证了方向元件动作的正确性。

针对分布式新能源电厂接入电网而导致的单相接地故障保护失效的问题,提出了一种分布式新能源电厂单相接地故障的协同处理装置。首先分析了分布式新能源电厂的接入对不同接地方式配电网造成的影响,其次提出将配电网的传统接地方式改造成动态接地,当发生不同点位的单相接地故障时,与分布式新能源电厂进行不同的协同处理。最后在MATLAB/Simulink中对该方法进行了仿真验证,仿真结果表明:该方法可以准确地故障区域进行辨识并切除,缩小停电范围。
