SF₆断路器开断过程中固体分解产物研究

研究固体分解产物是探明SF6断路器金属有机材料腐蚀机制的重要科学手段。文中以40.5 k V SF6断路器为实验对象，研究了不同电流大小、极性、开断次数下触头和喷口本体材料电热腐蚀程度的影响。开断实验后对断路器进行解体发现，大电流开断导致动静弧触头的腐蚀，正极性开断加速了动弧触头的腐蚀，在触头表面及灭弧室底部有固体分解产物产生。利用扫描电子显微镜（SEM）、X射线能谱（EDS）、粉末晶体衍射（XRD）技术分析了固体分解产物的化学组成，发现触头表面固体分解产物包括Cu2O、Cu2S ...

主要介绍了SF6气体分解产物、局部放电测试这2种检测技术在SF6电气设备状态诊断中的几起成功应用的案例。这些案例各有特点:SF6气体分解产物异常但不存在局部放电信号;SF6气体分解产物正常但存在局部放电信号;SF6气体分解产物异常且存在局部放电信号;SF6气体分解产物异常但无法采用局部放电测试技术进行检测。通过解体,均验证了设备存在缺陷。因此,SF6气体分解产物、局部放电测试技术在SF6电气设备潜伏性故障诊断方面具有广阔的应用前景。
