气体绝缘设备中SF6气体分解产物检测为设备故障诊断提供了有效依据,笔者对SF6气体分解产物的检测技术、试验研究、数据建模及其在设备故障诊断应用等方面的国内外研究现状进行了综述,概要总结了国家电网公司近年来在SF6气体分解产物研究方面取得的新进展,提出了SF6气体分解产物相关方面仍需进一步研究的内容,结合设备状态评价的需求,以期得到设备故障诊断的SF6气体分解产物判据,直接指导气体绝缘设备的运行管理。

为了探索混合气体中SF6分解产物的检测技术,了解不同背景气体对SF6分解产物检测结果的影响,文中对比研究了CF4/SF6、N2/SF6等不同混合气体与纯SF6为背景气体条件下,SO2、H2S、CO等SF6分解产物检测结果的差异,研究表明,不同背景气体对SF6分解产物的检测结果影响不同,文中通过分析拟合得出了CF4/SF6、N2/SF6混合气体对SF6分解产物的检测结果的影响系数,并建立了几种CF4/SF6、N2/SF6混合气体为背景气体与纯SF6为背景气体条件下SF6分解产物转换的数学模型。

笔者结合吸附剂的吸附原理,搭建了吸附剂试验平台,设计了试验流程,完成了大量试验,旨在探索设备中吸附剂对气体分解产物定量检测结果的影响。文中主要研究了吸附剂对分解产物的吸附影响,通过试验研究,确定了影响SF6电气设备中分解产物检测结果的主要因素,包括容器材质、吸附剂种类、吸附剂用量、吸附剂安装位置等,并比较了相同条件下各种气体分解产物的吸附速率。文中结论对通过分解产物检测判断开关设备运行状况有重要指导意义。

H2O浓度对填充床式反应器降解SF6影响的实验研究

SF6的强温室效应对全球气候的潜在影响已经引起了人们的高度担忧,对SF6进行降解是处理SF6的一种有效手段。文中基于填充床式反应器(PBR),针对系统中H2O浓度对降解SF6的影响进行了研究,并从降解效率与产物两个角度进行了分析。研究结果表明H2O能够在PBR中产生大量的OH与H自由基,这些活性自由基能够与SF6的初级分解产物进行次级反应从而促进其分解,提高了其降解率。实验发现,当SF6体积分数为2%时,最有利于促进SF6降解的水汽浓度为1%,其降解率达到95.69%。同时 ...
