目的 构建预测动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者生存率的列线图模型,实现对患者的个体化风险评估。 方法 回顾性连续纳入2016年9月1日—2021年8月31日在大理大学第一附属医院诊断为动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血的患者作为研究对象,收集其疾病资料和生存资料,并于发病后1年、3年、5年进行随访。通过寿命表法估计患者的中位生存时间,通过Kaplan-Meier法绘制生存曲线,通过Cox回归模型分析患者的预后影响因素,并构建用于预测动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者生存率的列线图模型。 结果 本研究共纳入441例患者 ...
