Shiyou jixie, 2015 直线度是机械加工中重要的测量参数，抽油杆直线度直接关系到其产品质量，但一直没有较好的测量手段。为此，提出一种基于阵列摄像的机器视觉测量方法。测量系统通过采集抽油杆的边缘轮廓图像，进行形态学的图像处理，得到一段抽油杆表面轮廓直线，通过激光线条提供直线基准，与20台相机测量的轮廓线比对，获得10 m抽油杆的全长直线度。测量系统通过旋转抽油杆，获得多个圆周方向上的直线度，其测量精度为0.5 mm/m，测量速度为2根/min，可实现非接触、高精度的快速直线度测量。
