声发射技术在钢桥面系疲劳损伤监测中的应用与研究

通过正交异性钢桥面板与铺装结构体系足尺试验模型进行疲劳试验,结合声发射传感器、电阻式应变片和位移计多种传感技术监测分析钢桥面系足尺模型疲劳损伤状况,同时评估声发射技术对钢桥面系结构疲劳损伤性能监测效果。结果表明:声发射AE传感器能够有效捕捉钢桥面系急剧变化或衰减敏感信号,足尺模型加载200万次后钢桥面板挠度变形自0.5mm增加至0.8mm,钢桥面系肋间刚度损失约60%,关键细节部位应变由250με减少至45με;且通过取芯验证钢桥面系层间粘结强度减少30%,对比AE峰值能量信号增加40%~50 ...
