基于灰色模型GM(1,N)的运行复合绝缘子硅橡胶材料剩余寿命研究
Dianci bileiqi, 2023 由于恶劣的运行环境，复合绝缘子往往不能达到厂家设定的运行年限，其剩余寿命逐渐成为研究重点。笔者以某东部地区运行0～14年、不同劣化程度的正常运行复合绝缘子为研究对象，采用静态接触角法、硬度测试等方法对其老化特性进行分析。随后基于测试结果提出了一系列与运行年限具有显著相关性的寿命预测参数，并利用灰色模型提出剩余寿命计算方法。研究结果表明，通过本研究剩余寿命模型得到的复合绝缘子理论运行时间与实际老化时间的相对误差在15%以内，具有较高的可行度，可以在未来研究中对复合绝缘子真实的劣化程度进行准确地评估。
