笔者针对变压器的试验信息,分析了影响变压器剩余寿命评估的因素,确立了用于变压器剩余寿命评估的信息量。根据已有的研究成果,结合健康指数公式,推导并建立了依据当前信息所反映出的变压器状态的健康指数、剩余寿命计算公式,结合实例,应用所建立的模型对变压器的健康指数、剩余寿命进行分析和计算,经验证评估,结果与设备的实际情况相符。

避雷器加速电热老化下的响应特性研究

避雷器在运行过程中会承受多次雷电冲击影响,其过电压防护效果值得关注。选取现场已运行19年的110 kV氧化锌阀片为研究对象,在135℃条件下进行加速交流老化试验,测试了阀片热功耗曲线及其它特征参量,并基于热加速因子的阿伦纽斯模型计算了阀片剩余寿命。进一步,以特制存在不同阀片劣化程度的避雷器为研究对象,开展了多次连续的雷电冲击电流(8/20μs, 10 kA)试验,测试了多次雷电冲击电流前后能表征避雷器电气性能的特征参量以及冲击电流、电压波形。研究发现:已服役19年的阀片剩余寿命分散性明显 ...
