碟簧作为储能元件是高压断路器用液压操动机构的重要核心部件,其优点是能在很小变形的条件下,承受范围变化很大的载荷。储能碟簧的可靠性直接影响着液压操动机构及高压断路器的整体可靠性。笔者通过碟簧力学特性分析、碟簧应力计算、碟簧力学特性曲线试验、碟簧力学时效性试验及单片碟簧断裂后对整组碟簧性能的影响试验,验证了某高压断路器用液压操动机构储能碟簧的可靠性。

我国高度重视医学教育质量,明确提出“夯实住院医师医学理论基础,强化临床思维、临床实践能力培养”的要求[1]。临床技能是医师在临床解决患者问题的技术与能力,包括:病史采集与书写、体格检查、诊断、指定治疗计划、临床程序性操作、语言表达、临床思维能力和专业态度[2]。但真实医疗服务的复杂性和多变性,导致传统的教学方法缺乏系统化、策略性,难以适应新时期医学教育“同质化”要求[3-4]。因此,有必要探索科学、创新和系统的临床技能培训课程模式。
