3D打印高强度、可回收互穿网络环氧树脂沿面闪络特性

以智能、环保为主题的新型电力系统是中国电力领域发展的主要方向,因此对绝缘材料的各方面性能提出了更高的要求。文中基于高韧性环氧大豆油基光敏树脂,在光固化树脂中添加60 wt%的环氧树脂,采用3D打印光固化和热固化的两步固化方式,制备得到力学和电学性能优异的双固化树脂,并对其进行回收重塑得到回收后的双固化树脂。分别对树脂的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、介电性能、体积电阻率进行测试,研究表明,制备的双固化树脂相比于纯光固化树脂,具有优异的力学性能和绝缘性能,回收后树脂的力学强度是新制树脂的80%。对树脂进行沿面闪络实验,

圆形和方形截面钢管再生混凝土中配筋的效率研究

为了明确100%再生粗骨料取代率下圆形和方形截面钢管再生混凝土(RACFST)中配置钢筋对其力学性能的改善效率,以10种纵筋配筋率为变化参数,对28根短柱试件进行了轴压试验。基于试验结果,分析了试件的破坏模式,并以刚度、屈强比、单位配筋率强度、延性、组合效应和钢筋的约束效率等关键指标作为评价标准,探索了配筋对构件力学性能的改善效率。结果表明:在较低配筋率下,配筋对方形截面RACFST力学性能的影响较为显著;配筋会使方形截面RACFST的内部破坏模式和力学性能发生显著改变;纵筋配筋率在1.15%~2.85%
