高频磁性元件的电磁场仿真实验研究与探讨

高频变压器为功率变换器的核心磁性元件,利用仿真软件对高频变压器进行电磁场仿真分析,可以节省设计时间、优化结构、提高效率。在对电磁场和温度场的控制方程、边界条件进行详细分析的基础上,建立高频变压器电磁场—温度场耦合计算流程。利用Infolytica的MagNet和ThermNet仿真软件,对一台5 kHz/15 kW纳米晶合金磁芯三相五柱式高频变压器的漏磁场、磁芯损耗、绕组损耗和温度场进行有限元法计算,开展空载和短路实验研究,验证计算方法的准确性。

荷电率是金属氧化物避雷器的一个重要参数,它理解为可以加在避雷器上的最大工频电压幅值(Uc)与电流为1~5mA时的起始动作电压(Ui)之比.可取用的荷电率越高,避雷器的保护作用和运行可靠性越好.荷电率的值一方面由阀片在长期Uc电压作用下的老化决定的;另一方面由耐受一定时间(tg)的短时工频过电压倍数K的能力决定的.对新的阀片(在115℃荷电率80%1000h下)进行的试验表明,在此期间(阀片的等效寿命),功率损耗变化不超过2.5%,当Uc=0.93kV时损耗值不大于1.3W ...
