复合绝缘子芯棒材料在盐雾中微电流作用和湿热环境下的劣化特性研究
复合绝缘子芯棒酥朽断裂事故频发,其原因大多与芯棒劣化有关,而芯棒承担着整个绝缘子的机械载荷,因此有必要研究芯棒劣化特性及机理。建立了盐雾环境下耐压试验平台以模拟湿气入侵环境,在不同电导率盐雾和不同电压下开展了芯棒耐压试验,并对比了一定时间内盐雾微电流蚀损老化和湿热水煮老化两种老化形式对芯棒材料玻璃纤维力学性能的影响。通过对玻璃纤维全新样品及老化样品采用现代材料分析手段检测发现,微电流作用下水分子对玻璃纤维的物理冲击引发水解反应是造成玻璃纤维力学性能下降的重要原因 ...
