提高输电线路输送容量DLR系统的相关理论研究

采用动态提高输电线路输送容量技术能够极大地提升我国电网输送能力,起到少建或缓建输电线路的目的。文中在复杂的有风状态下,对导线进行受力分析,在风偏平面内建立导线的张力、弧垂的力学分析计算模型。利用温度和弧垂的关系,对架空线路状态方程进行修正,得出导线的最终温度。针对目前计算导线输送容量的几种数学模型的特点和存在的问题,采用了WM和TS模型相结合的热动力学数学模型来计算线路容量,使系统能够得到最优的动态容量曲线。初步的仿真试验结果证明了该模型的有效性和实用性。最后结合DLR技术的特点和目前我国电网存在的问题,

显式有限元在某型高压断路器传动系统分析中的应用

基于参数化编程,建立了某型高压断路器传动系统的有限元模型,从减小计算量的角度出发,对模型进行了一定的简化。基于显式动力学方法,对传动系统中重要部件在分闸过程中的变形以及应力状况进行了计算。将实测的操动机构输出位移曲线作为位移载荷施加于有限元模型。由于显式动力学计算中的时间步小,位移曲线的测量结果中的跳动会导致计算的不稳定,因此对实测的位移曲线进行了拟合,同时考虑了动静触头之间的摩擦力。通过对传动系统中重要部件的变形及应力变化规律的分析,为传动系统的进一步优化设计奠定了基础。

基于Adams的CT14型高压断路器弹簧操动机构动力学仿真分析

操作机构的动态特性是决定断路器分断性能的重要因素。将CT14型高压断路器弹簧操动机构总体模型导入Adams并进行了参数化设置,建立了弹簧操动机构的动力学仿真模型,并对弹簧操动机构动触头分合闸动作进行了动力学仿真分析,通过与实验数据进行了对比,验证了所建模型的准确性。利用该模型分析了凸轮—连杆机构初始位置、各部分摩擦系数、滚轮磨损等3种因素对弹簧操动机构动触头行程、速度、动作时间等的影响。分析结果可为该型高压断路器弹簧操动机构的优化设计、安装检修等提供参考。
