隔离开关合闸不到位是危害电网安全运行的重要因素之一。针对目前缺乏快速有效的隔离开关合闸状态非接触自动检测技术的问题,文中以单臂水平伸缩式隔离开关为例,分析隔离开关运动过程,利用地面激光雷达获取隔离开关导电臂点云数据,对数据进行排序、分组及拟合,获得导电臂方向向量,提出了基于导电臂方向向量夹角的隔离开关合闸状态检测方法,开发了自动测量工具,并将该方法及工具运用于现场检测。现场试验结果表明,提出的检测方法及工具可实现隔离开关合闸状态的自动检测。该方法为隔离开关合闸状态的带电非接触检测提供了一种新的技术手段。

以弧齿锥齿轮的压力角、刀尖圆角半径、大小轮齿厚比等设计参数为优化对象,基于多体多自由度动力学方程以及混合润滑摩擦模型,对齿轮系统动态特性进行对比研究。综合考虑了系统的时变摩擦力、动态啮合力、传递误差以及齿侧间隙等非线性因素的影响,同时考虑到实际工作中齿轮啮合处于既有润滑油膜接触又有粗糙峰接触的混合弹流润滑状态。对系统动态响应进行求解,结果表明,相较于优化设计参数前,优化后的弧齿锥齿轮在动态啮合力及动态传递误差方面都具有更优的表现。最后,通过试验台架进行试验验证了研究结果的准确性。
