复合绝缘子用硅橡胶材料表面动态接触角的研究

选用不同憎水性等级的硅橡胶材料作为试样,用接触角测量系统实时记录液滴在试样表面的动态变化过程,对动态接触角精确测量,考察动态接触角与憎水性等级的对应关系,以及表面粗糙度对动态接触角度的影响。试验结果表明前接触角只能在一定程度上表明憎水性的优劣,但却不能准确判断其处于何种憎水性等级;后接触角大小在HC1HC4级范围内与憎水性等级存在较好的对应关系,但两者对应的临界值与国标GB/T 24622-2009中的推荐值有一定的差别;随着憎水性等级的增加,表面粗糙度将不断增大,其对动态接触角的影响较大 ...

基于动态接触角的硅橡胶憎水性表征方法的研究

当硅橡胶受到侵蚀和染污时,由于表面变得粗糙和溶质沉淀,导致接触角测量存在滞后效应,为了更合理表征硅橡胶的憎水性,将动态接触角方法用于硅橡胶憎水性的表征。该方法对材料表面通过注水/抽水的方式获得前进角/后退角。对洁净、浸泡、电晕和表面染污后的室温硫化硅橡胶涂层样本分别使用静态接触角方法、动态接触角方法进行测量。结果发现,浸泡、染污、电晕后的样本两种方法所得结果差别较大,静态接触角测量随机性较大且易受拍照时延的影响,对表面憎水性的表征能力不够,后退角能很好地表征材料的憎水性,后退角越小 ...

基于地面激光雷达的隔离开关合闸状态自动检测方法

隔离开关合闸不到位是危害电网安全运行的重要因素之一。针对目前缺乏快速有效的隔离开关合闸状态非接触自动检测技术的问题,文中以单臂水平伸缩式隔离开关为例,分析隔离开关运动过程,利用地面激光雷达获取隔离开关导电臂点云数据,对数据进行排序、分组及拟合,获得导电臂方向向量,提出了基于导电臂方向向量夹角的隔离开关合闸状态检测方法,开发了自动测量工具,并将该方法及工具运用于现场检测。现场试验结果表明,提出的检测方法及工具可实现隔离开关合闸状态的自动检测。该方法为隔离开关合闸状态的带电非接触检测提供了一种新的技术手段。
