社会科学研究与实践为探究城乡居民医保对灵活就业人员劳动供给质量的影响及作用机制，本文基于中国家庭追踪调查（CFPS）2016、2018、2020三期面板数据，采用采用普通最小二乘法（OLS模型），结合中介效应检验，结果表明，城乡居民医保主要通过改善健康状况提升劳动供给质量。因此，建议优化城乡居民医保制度，提升政策适配性；聚焦灵活就业群体差异，强化权益精准保障；完善医保服务与宣传，扩大政策惠及面。
