目的: 采用放射性核素99mTc 标记抗癌胚抗原( CEA)抗体 C50 进行放射免疫显像(RII)以探讨其临床应用价值。 方法: ①对 152 例临床怀疑为各种肿瘤的患者做了 RII 检查,包括卵巢肿瘤 115 例, 肠道肿瘤 26 例和肺肿瘤 11 例。 ②用 2-巯 基乙醇还原法标记99mTc-C50,其标记率达90%以上,单抗用量1～ 1. 5 mg。 ③静注地塞米松防过敏,99mTc-C50静脉注射后 4～ 6 h 采集平面或断层图像。 ④以病灶处有放射性浓聚或T/NT 比值大于 1.

FTL和FTH1在上皮性卵巢癌组织中的表达及意义

目的探讨铁蛋白重链（FTH1）、铁蛋白轻链（FTL）在上皮性卵巢癌组织中的表达情况及意义。方法免疫组织化学方法检测31例上皮性卵巢癌、11例良性卵巢肿瘤、25例正常卵巢组织中FTH1和FTL蛋白的表达情况。结果上皮性卵巢癌组中FTL表达水平高于良性卵巢肿瘤组和正常卵巢组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；上皮性卵巢癌组中FTH1的表达水平高于正常卵巢组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；Ⅲ~Ⅳ期上皮性卵巢癌中FTL和FTH1表达水平均高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期上皮性卵巢癌，但差异无统计学意义（P>0.
