β2-微球蛋白检测与卵巢癌相关性的研究

目的研究β2-微球蛋白在卵巢癌患者血液、尿液中的变化。方法选择在我院住院的卵巢癌组患者68例,卵巢良性肿瘤组患者65例,正常卵巢患者组60例。分别在手术前或者检查身体时抽取静脉血和留取尿液。采用免疫透射比浊法检测三组患者血液和尿液中β2-微球蛋白（β2-MG）的水平。比较卵巢癌不同分期、分级患者血/尿β2-MG的变化。结果卵巢癌患者血液中β2-MG（4.87±0.64）和尿液中β2-MG（4.86±0.72）明显高于卵巢良性肿瘤组血液中β2-MG（2.69±0.36）和尿液中β2-MG（2.73±0 ...
