硬骨鱼类的发育有卵生和卵胎生两种形式,其卵子发生的过程相似,目前人为地将卵原细胞到卵母细胞分为6个连续时相.卵原细胞期的卵巢体积小,卵原细胞均一,单层滤泡期卵巢体积增大,初级卵母细胞为主,卵黄和滤泡细胞出现,细胞代谢加强,卵黄泡期卵巢亦增大,卵膜开始形成,卵黄沉积,出现卵黄粒和脂肪滴,卵黄充满期卵巢继续增大,卵母细胞个体急剧增大,卵黄球和皮质泡形成,个别出现油滴,卵膜增厚,成熟期卵巢和卵子达到最大,各种不同鱼类的卵膜形态不一,衰退期卵巢退回到单层滤泡期,多次产卵类型退回到卵黄充满期,继续保持产卵能力 ...

目的探讨上皮性卵巢癌组织中组蛋白去乙酰化酶1(HDAC1)的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法,测定40例上皮性卵巢癌组织2、0例交界性卵巢肿瘤,20例卵巢良性肿瘤以及10例正常卵巢组织中HDAC1的表达。结果 HDAC1在在卵巢组织中的阳性表达H-score评分均随组织异型程度的增加而逐渐增高,即正常卵巢组织(1.300±0.948 68)和卵巢良性肿瘤(1.750±0.786 40)
