研究了重复脉冲电压下油纸的局部放电损伤对其电气性能的影响。分别采用材料分析手段和电气测量手段,分析了脉冲电压放电过程中油纸的形貌、产物和微观结构等损伤特性,以及电导、极化、损耗和击穿等电气性能;对比分析了油纸在洁净处理前后的微观结构及产物对其电气性能的影响。结果表明:重复脉冲电压下,油纸放电损伤后的产物主要为醛类或羧酸类物质,损伤产物在绝缘表面呈辐射状分布且引导电树枝走向;脉冲电压边沿突变(du/dt→0)产生的瞬时冲击电应力加剧了纤维素分子碎片的形成 ...

随着交通发展、社会压力增加,高能量损伤的发病率也在逐渐上升[1],在临床中正确评估伤情可以有效降低严重高能量损伤的死亡率。现阶段很多创伤中心使用创伤严重性评分(ISS)来评估高能量损伤的伤情,依赖于大型检查设备、存在时间滞后性,可能会耽误最佳治疗时机。D-二聚体是体内纤维蛋白降解产物,通常用于血栓类疾病的诊断,但在临床观察中发现高能量损伤患者D-二聚体也存在不同程度的上升[2]。现选取吉林省一汽总医院2018年3月到2019年3月收治的113例高能量损伤骨折患者,分析D-二聚体与创伤严重性关系,报道如下。
