金瓷全冠与天然牙切缘抗压强度的比较

【目的】探讨和比较金瓷全冠及天然牙切缘的抗压强度, 预防瓷折裂。【方法】制作15 个前牙金瓷全冠, 挑选15 个离体前牙, 测定其折裂时的强度。【结果】金瓷全冠切缘抗折力为1200 N(122 kg), 抗压强度为600 MPa 。天然牙切缘抗折 力为530 N(54 kg), 抗压强度为265 MPa 。【结论】金瓷全冠切缘的抗压强度大于天然牙切缘的抗压强度。瓷折裂除意外撞 伤外, 大多数是因为设计和制作缺陷造成的。
