非常规油气藏开采难度大,开发成本高,原有的水平井管内分段压裂技术存在分段级数少、压裂规模小等问题,无法满足非常规油气资源高效开发的要求。为此,分析了水平井泵送桥塞、固井投球滑套、连续管拖动封隔器等多级分段压裂新技术,其中,泵送桥塞射孔多级分段压裂技术分段级数不受限制,适合大排量、大液量压裂要求,是页岩油气开发的利器。固井投球滑套分段压裂技术滑套可重复开启,能满足选择性生产、堵水及重复性压裂的需求。各种水平井管内多级分段压裂新技术的成功应用,为非常规油气藏开发提供了强有力的技术支持。

针对海上压裂测试作业高风险、高成本的特点,在现有技术的基础上,对射孔压裂测试一体化工艺进一步优化研究,对井下工具进行优化配置,并进行了详细的风险分析,提出了相应的应对措施,最终设计了射孔压裂测试一体化施工管柱。在海上某井采用一体化管柱进行压裂施工,压裂后自喷返排,求得天然气产量为9.6万m3/d;在另一口井的施工作业中也收到了较好的应用效果,从压裂前的无产能到压裂后气产量2.9万m3/d。应用射孔压裂测试一体化技术可以进行压裂前、后测试效果的对比,减轻对地层的污染,为测试地质资料的评价提供保证 ...

文中介绍了一起某核电厂发电机断路器液压操作机构因缸体裂纹导致内漏合闸无法保压的故障,为分析缸体裂纹导致内漏的根本原因及制定纠正措施,通过对缸体裂纹从缸体应力、液压缸体金属学分析、液压油3个方面采用缸体有限元模型分析、金相分析、硬度检测和粗糙度检测、力学性能检测等方法进行分析,确认根本原因为表面处理不当导致产生了应力腐蚀裂纹。提出了改进缸体表面工艺处理和通过改造增加预警即监视液压操作机构油泵打压次数措施。实施改进和措施后未再发生液压操作机构缸体裂纹故障。
