本文结合电化学方法与原子力显微镜力曲线技术,研究了两种烷基侧链长度不同的离子液体BMITFSA和OMITFSA在Au(111)电极表面附近的层状结构的数目和耐受力对电位的依赖性,探究了烷基侧链长度变化对界面层状结构的影响.研究表明,不同烷基侧链长度的离子液体体系力-电位曲线形状基本相似.在零电荷电位(the potential of zero charge,PZC)附近时,力值最小,因为此时电极表面荷电量较小,层状结构不稳定;电位偏离PZC的过程中,第一层层状结构力值呈现先增大后减小的趋势 ...

一起GIS盆式绝缘子应力开裂导致绝缘击穿故障

GIS设备在电力系统中应用广泛,其安全运行具有十分重要的工程意义。文中针对某变电站一起间隔母线气室(220 kV GIS)盆式绝缘子击穿故障,采用扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪等检验手段全方位对气室绝缘击穿原因进行深入分析,并结合返厂解体和设备装配工序检查,明确了该次故障是由于设备装配过程中三相导体不对中产生的额外应力引起盆式绝缘子裂纹导致的,并根据此次故障分析结论,提出了此类故障的防治建议。

利用双氧水溶液对硅片表面进行预氧化处理,并用改良的RCA法清洗硅片,结合金属辅助化学刻蚀(MACE)制备硅纳米线阵列(Si NWs)。通过表征发现:预氧化清洗相较于传统RCA清洗,能够降低硅片表面微粗糙度,同时提高后续制备的硅纳米线阵列的均匀性。此外,在300~800 nm波段,当硅纳米线的长度相近时,经预氧化清洗制备的硅纳米线阵列反射率降低,当硅纳米线长度为500 nm左右时,反射率降低值大于2.
