根据IEC 60060-3振荡冲击电压波形(OIV)的物理特性,提出了一种通过数值等效电路模型获得OIV波形的方法。通过对模型的理论分析,得到波形几个重要参数的解析表达式;讨论了负荷取值范围对波形参数的影响。仿真结果表明,通过调节电路元件参数值,可以得到适用于不同负荷情况下OIV波形,满足工程设计要求;在模型参数确定的情况下,根据波形参数表达式求得的解析解与模型数值解之间误差较小,为现场试验用振荡冲击发生器设计提供了理论依据。
