考虑焊接影响的低屈服点钢LY100超低周疲劳破坏机理研究

为研究低屈服点钢材LY100在反复拉力作用下的力学性能,设计LY100钢与Q345钢或Q235钢焊接连接的材性试件,共进行4组18个材性试件的单调和反复受拉加载试验研究。获得6种不同加载制度下试件的荷载-位移曲线、应力-应变曲线、滞回性能、超低周疲劳破坏机理以及延性特征等。研究结果表明,焊接接头对试件的超低周疲劳性能有不利影响,焊接接头使LY100钢材力学性能的稳定性和延性变差;LY100钢与Q345钢或Q235钢焊接后,材性试件的强度提高但延性下降;反复拉力作用下,带有焊接接头的材性试件呈现强度硬化 ...

钢管K形变径加强节点受力性能研究

为了研究K形节点主管变径加强连接在大跨度钢管结构中的受力性能,采用有限元软件ABAQUS对K形变径加强节点进行了3种增强模式的承载力和滞回性能的研究:增加管径及壁厚、整体只增加管径和整体增加管径及壁厚,通过比较对K形变径加强节点的受力性能作出评价;并结合公式法的计算结果,分析产生误差的原因。研究结果表明,K形变径加强节点的承载能力明显优于普通节点的承载能力,具有较好的滞回曲线和骨架曲线,表现出良好的抗震性能,研究结果可为工程设计提供参考依据。

新型冷弯薄壁型钢板剪力墙抗侧性能试验研究

为了研究新型冷弯薄壁型钢板剪力墙的抗侧性能,以C形+U形龙骨抱合的形式作为剪力墙试件的边柱截面形式,并在边柱之间设置薄钢板,共设计了两种不同宽度的剪力墙试件,对两种剪力墙试件均进行了单调加载和低周往复加载试验。通过试验得到了新型冷弯薄壁型钢板剪力墙在各阶段的荷载及位移特征值、荷载-位移曲线、骨架曲线及破坏形态,并对结构的破坏特征、耗能能力、刚度及承载力退化进行了分析。试验结果表明:新型冷弯薄壁型钢板剪力墙通过边柱之间的薄钢板受力形成钢拉力带与边柱一起共同承受水平荷载,表现出良好的抗侧性能 ...
