蜂窝状钢骨混凝土L形柱正截面承载力的试验研究

蜂窝状钢骨混凝土L形柱,是一种特别适用于钢结构住宅建筑的新型异形柱。为了考察该新型构件的正截面受力、变形特性,本文进行了两根等肢和不等肢L形柱的单调加载试验,研究了轴心和偏心压力作用下该新型构件的受力、变形性能与破坏形态。研究结果表明,蜂窝状钢骨能增强钢骨与混凝土间的黏结能力,提高其协同工作与整体受力性能;蜂窝状钢骨的存在,提高了该新型构件的正截面承载力;该新型构件的破坏模式与相应荷载作用下钢筋混凝土柱的破坏模式相似;在荷载不超过极限荷载的80%之前,该新型构件的截面应变符合平截面假定。

检测β1-肾上腺素能受体自身抗体及抗体滴度对顽固性心衰患者的作用

目的通过检测β1-肾上腺素能受体自身抗体,以探讨β受体阻滞剂治疗顽固性心衰患者对β1-肾上腺素能受体自身抗体、抗体滴度及心功能的影响。方法随机选取120例心力衰竭NYHA分级Ⅱ-Ⅲ级患者,分为两组,A组:比索洛尔首剂1.25mg20qd,每两周逐渐加量,直至10mg20qd;B组:比索洛尔首剂1.25mg20qd,4周后逐渐加至5mgqd。比较两组β1-肾上腺素能受体自身抗体及心功能各项指标的变化。结果20A组β1-肾上腺素能受体自身抗体及滴度较B组明显降低,心功能各项指标有改善的趋势。结论通过检测β1-
