内置铆接开孔冷弯薄壁型钢混凝土组合梁受弯性能研究

基于锁铆连接传力可靠、强度优异的特征,提出了一种新型的内置铆接开孔冷弯薄壁型钢混凝土组合梁。以底部铆钉间距、截面宽度为变量,对内置铆接开孔冷弯薄壁型钢混凝土组合梁开展了四点弯曲试验,考察了该组合梁的破坏特征、承载性能和延性指标,试验结果表明:新型组合梁受弯时表现出良好的延性性能;底部铆钉间距小的组合梁延性较差;增大截面宽度可提高组合梁的极限承载力。采用ABAQUS有限元软件对该组合梁进行参数分析,重点探究五大关键参数对其力学性能的影响:有无混凝土包裹、混凝土强度、顶部铆钉间距、底部钢板厚度及截面高度 ...

不锈钢筋-圆不锈钢管海砂混凝土构件受弯性能研究

为研究不锈钢筋-圆不锈钢管海砂混凝土构件的受弯性能,文中建立了该类构件的有限元分析模型。基于有限元典型算例,分析了其纯弯全过程的受力机理。并对该类构件进行了参数分析,系统研究了混凝土强度、钢管屈服强度、纵筋屈服强度、钢管含钢率和纵筋配筋率对该类组合构件纯弯性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:内置纵筋显著提高了该构件的抗弯承载力;且组合构件的抗弯承载力随混凝土强度、钢管屈服强度、纵筋屈服强度、钢管含钢率和纵筋配筋率的增大而增大;该组合构件的抗弯刚度随混凝土强度、钢管含钢率和纵筋配筋率的增大而增大 ...
