Our survey yielded comparable estimates from distance sampling and double‐observer survey, although the confidence interval from distance sampling was broader.

蛋重和蛋形指数对巴布亚企鹅(Pygoscelis papua)孵化效果影响的初步研究
野生动物学报, 2017 本试验通过测量80枚巴布亚企鹅种蛋的蛋重、蛋纵径、蛋横径,将蛋重分为5组,蛋形指数分为4组,在相同条件下孵化。研究了蛋重、蛋形指数对巴布亚企鹅种蛋受精率及孵化率的影响。结果表明:蛋重对受精率的影响差异显著(P0.05),其余各组差异显著; 不同蛋形指数组间受精率和孵化率差异显著。

野生动物学报, 2011 精液品质评定的常见方法有精子活力、畸形率和顶体完整率等指标,但这些指标不能评定精子的真实受精能力。目前低渗膨胀试验作为检验精子膜功能的一种方法得到广泛认可,利用它可检验具有完整膜的精子是否具有生化活性。本试验通过对冷冻2只黑猩猩精液进行低渗膨胀来评定冷冻精子的膜完整性。试验结果显示,本研究中的黑猩猩的冷冻精子在低渗溶液中的膨胀率较高,表明试验黑猩猩的冷冻精液有较高的活力,精子具有较高的穿透率和受精能力。
