用于大容量电力电子变压器的兆瓦级中频隔离变压器绕组设计与实验
Gaoya dianqi兆瓦级中频变压器工作频率为数百到数千Hz，是大容量电力电子变压器（PET）的电磁耦合环节关键部件。通过提升变压器工作频率可以显著减小变压器体积，提高系统功率密度，而中高频涡流效应及大电流通流会造成变压器绕组损耗增大，效率降低。传统工频变压器绕组形式和结构因涡流损耗较大的原因将不再适用于兆瓦级中频变压器。目前，针对兆瓦级中频变压器的绕组组成及结构形式的研究较少。文中基于兆瓦级中频变压器绕组的频率特性，讨论不同绕组的理论计算方法。分析不同绕组的电密分布及损耗情况，选取了铜箔绕组作为兆瓦级中频变压器绕组 ...
