Zhejiang Daxue xuebao. Lixue ban, 2002 在对温州市海洋资源开发现状分析的基础上,提出了海洋资源可持续利用的原则.海洋资源的开发利用依赖于海洋产业的发展,据此从海洋产业发展的角度出发提出针对温州海洋资源的可持续利用策略.同时,由于海洋资源具有明显的地域性,因此尚须从分区角度研究海洋资源可持续利用,并提出温州海洋资源开发利用应按6个区分别进行开发和管制.最后,提出了实现海洋资源可持续利用的保障措施.
