采用O3/UV/H2O2耦合工艺对成分复杂、可生化性差的兰州某石化企业二级出水进行预处理,分析了不同因素对COD去除率及废水可生化性的影响.结果表明,当O3投加量为62.63 mg/L,UV功率为25 W,照射时间为15 min,n(H2O2)/n(O3)为0.5,原水pH为9时,COD去除率可达29.34%,BOD5/COD可由0.05增加到0.34.此工艺对石化二级出水水质具有明显的改善作用,同时大幅提升了废水的可生化性.

以微生物的耗氧呼吸速率(OUR)为指标,从废水的可生化性出发,考察了O3与H2O2物质的量比、pH和羟基自由基抑制剂等因素对O3/H2O2氧化工艺提高克林霉素废水可生化性的影响。研究结果表明:O3/H2O2氧化工艺极大地提高了废水的可生化性,在n(H2O2):n(O3)为0.9、溶液pH为10.5 的条件下,废水OUR能够从0升高到0.45 mg/(g·min),同时还证实在O3/H2O2氧化过程中主要是羟基自由基发挥作用。

基于室内模拟培养试验,研究改良剂(生物质炭、过氧化钙)对旱地红壤微生物量碳、氮及可溶性有机碳、氮的影响。试验设置4个处理,即CK、Ca(过氧化钙,1.72 g/kg)、C(生物质炭,21.46 g/kg)、C+Ca。结果表明:各处理土壤微生物量碳、氮以及可溶性有机碳具有相同的变化趋势,即前期(3 d内)都增加较快,在第3天达到最大值,随试验进行有所下降,配施效果优于单施。各处理可溶性有机氮在21 d内缓慢增加;第21天时,C+Ca、Ca、C相比CK分别显著增加了62.1%,55.5%,40.9%;35 ...
