基于Kriging模型的高超声速飞行器可靠性分析

基于退化的真空断路器可靠性研究

作为电力系统终端设备之一,断路器起着控制、调节和保护作用,其可靠性水平对电力系统的稳定产生重要的影响。断路器可靠性研究的重点在于机械可靠性。针对真空断路器的机械可靠性研究问题,为了更充分地利用断路器失效的过程信息,文中采用基于退化的可靠性建模方法,对6台12 kV永磁机构真空断路器做了数万次退化试验,采用主成分分析法确定了超程为退化量来建立退化过程模型。根据超程退化数据,分别采用正态分布和Weibull分布建立退化分布模型,计算得到了相应的模型参数,并给出了可靠度函数和可靠度对比曲线。
