给出了两种与高压断路器机械可靠性特点相适应的机械可靠性计算模型,并运用模型对目前在我国中压电网中应用十分广泛的真空断路器的机械可靠性进行了计算与分析,得到了对断路器机械可靠性影响较大的主要机械零部件的设计可靠度和在断路器不同开断次数下的可靠度,为提高高压断路器的可靠性提供了理论依据。

GIS中断路器机械特性试验可以有效地反应GIS操动机构的动作状况,通过分析在运设备机械特性数据可以有效发现机构和控制回路可能存在的缺陷,减少故障的发生,提高GIS运行可靠性。文中通过对某地市局在运GIS中断路器部分机械特性试验数据和GIS设备中断路器机械缺陷的统计和分析,得出GIS中断路器分合闸时间和线圈电阻变化的规律及其原因,找出影响GIS中断路器机械特性的因素,提出了提高GIS可靠性的方法,为提高GIS设备运行可靠性提供了依据。
