新酮醛、十一烯酰乙醛加成物及乙酰乙醛苯甲酰加成物是新鱼腥草素的同系物,系我校天然药物研究室有机合成组研制合成。在研究新鱼腥草素对小鼠移植性肝癌细胞的DNA、RNA及嘌呤合成抑制作用的基础上,又以相同的标记前身物参入方法,对上述三种药物进行研究,借以了解新酮醛等药物体外对小鼠肝癌细胞的DNA、RNA及嘌呤合成的抑制作用,并了解新酮醛在体内和半体内实验条件下的抑瘤作用。
