吖啶是一类重要的含氮杂环化合物,其衍生物在抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗HIV等方面有良好的生物活性。此外,吖啶类衍生物的化学发光背景低,信噪比高,干扰因素少,发光效率高,因此,也是一类应用较广的化学发光试剂。目前,吖啶类衍生物用于发光试剂主要有光泽精、吖啶酯和吖啶磺酰胺。在这些化合物中,应用较多的是吖啶酯类,但相比较吖啶酯,吖啶磺酰胺水解稳定性好、热稳定性好和信噪比高,因此,吖啶磺酰胺NSP-SA-NHS有更好的应用前景,但现在用于发光试剂的吖啶磺酰胺NSP-SA-NHS的工艺路线放大合成比较困难,其中间体9-[[(
