一种后补铝合成高硅MWW分子筛的方法

本发明涉及一种后补铝合成高硅MWW结构分子筛的方法,首先通过对合成得到的MWW结构的硼硅分子筛在强酸条件下脱硼得到全硅MWW结构分子筛,然后对MWW结构的全硅分子筛进行后处理开层并且在开层的同时进行补铝得到任意高硅铝比的MWW结构分子筛。本合成方法突破了原有的直接合成的方法合成所能得到MCM-22分子筛的硅铝比范围较窄(Si/Al为10-15)的限制,可以得到超出原有合成方法限制的任意高硅铝比的高硅MWW分子筛。与其它合成高硅MWW分子筛的体系相比,本合成方法体系简单 ...
