雌甾结构改造的合成 Ⅳ.2-甲氧基炔雌醇及其3-甲醚的合成,LOUDON邻羟化反应
从雌二醇-17β出发,经过Loudon邻羟化等反应,合成了2-甲氧基炔雌醇等雌甾化合物。对各步反应的条件及方法作出了改进。本合成工作同前报所合成的2-羟基炔雌醇3-甲醚的结构形成互相验证。

以国际电工委员会(IEC)和中国关于高压断路器合成试验的相关标准为依据,笔者提出了一种基于有源触发快速合成关合试验回路,分析了试验过程,解决了合成关合试验的技术难点,介绍了三球双间隙点火均压回路结构特点,充分体现其安全可靠和稳定的性能。有源触发回路具有快速及时、点火功率大和抗干扰能力强的特点,对回路调试过程中碰到的技术问题进行归纳,并提出解决方法,回路建成后成功完成了多个电压等级的全电压关合试验,给出短路额定参数126 kV/40 k A六氟化硫断路器的合成关合试验结果。

冲突证据合成作为研究热点,由于发现Dempster-Shafer合成可能导致悖论,至今仍然没有统一的解决方法.本文提出了一种新的冲突证据合成方法.融合系统中各证据的重要程度可能不同,新方法首先通过融合多证据距离,从而可以更加准确地得到证据距离,进一步通过相关算法转化证据距离为证据权值,权值反映了证据的重要程度,根据权值,对原始的基本可信度分配函数进行重新分配,再通过改进的合成公式,对重新概率分配的证据进行合成,得到合成结果.通过具体的算例比较,说明新方法在合成冲突证据方面具有一定的优越性.

本研究提出了一种基于数字微流控芯片的18F-AlF-NOTA-奥曲肽合成新工艺。通过介质上电润湿(EWOD)技术,在微流控芯片上实现了多通道并行合成,有效解决了传统合成方法中的技术复杂、成本高、生产效率低,以及安全与环保等问题。在优化后的反应条件下(反应温度120 ℃、反应时间5 min、前体质量浓度0.2 mg/mL),最高放射化学产率达到了24.85%,且产品放化纯度大于99.0%。该方法显著降低了设备初始投入(下降50%~60%)和单次合成成本(下降71%~72%),还大幅缩短了合成时间至15 ...
