积雪草甙对体外培养的成纤维细胞的作用

【目的】探讨积雪草甙治疗增生性瘢痕的作用机制。【方法】采用光镜、电镜、3H-TdR、3H 脯氨酸掺入及MTT 比 色等方法检测成纤维细胞核DNA 合成和胶原蛋白的合成。【结果】积雪草甙不仅能影响成纤维细胞的超微结构, 而且能抑 制成纤维细胞增殖及胶原蛋白的合成。【结论】积雪草在预防和治疗增生性瘢痕中有重要作用, 其机制可能与抑制成纤维细 胞增殖和胶原蛋白合成有关。

简要介绍了分离技术的分类、原理和市场前景,分析了分子筛成为膜材料的原因。综述了分子筛膜合成方法的研究进展,分析了原位水热合成、汽相合成法、嵌入法或后合成法、二次生长法、微波法合成、间接生长法和特殊方法的合成特点、制备步骤和方法的优缺点。介绍了分子筛膜技术用于分离有机物/水的研究现状,特别是在醇/水分离方面列举了一些具有很好分离性能的研究结果。最后,通过对国外技术的分析,展望了我国分子筛膜分离技术的工业重点。

硒铟镓银多晶材料的合成研究

根据Ag2Se-Ga2Se3赝二元相图,对AgGa1-xInxSe2按同成分点配料,通过机械和温度振荡的方法合成出AgGa1-xInxSe2多晶材料.并对合成的多晶材料进行了XRD测试,与直接法合成的AgGa1-xInxSe多晶材料进行对比.结果表明,改进工艺后合成的AgGa1-xInxSe2多晶材料的图谱与标准PDF卡片相符,表明其是高纯单相的AgGa1-xInxSe2多晶材料.用新方法合成的AgGa1-xInxSe2多晶材料进行单晶生长,获得了完整的AgGa1-xInxSe2单晶体.实验结果表明 ...
